Past Life Regression: Hypnosis4.1 - App Store

Past Life Regression: Hypnosis is a library of guided journeys by Joel Thielke, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, for reflection, rest, and personal growth.

Begin with the original Past Life Regression journey, included in the app and available offline. Set a gentle intention, choose how you want to enter the session, and allow images, feelings, symbols, or ideas to arise without forcing an answer.

EXPLORE AT YOUR OWN PACE
. Begin with spiritual shelves for Past Lives & Soul, Intuition & Inner Wisdom, Dreams & Consciousness, and Energy & Connection
. Browse 108 journeys across spiritual growth, confidence, relationships, focus, rest, and personal growth
. Search by title, topic, or the feeling you want to explore
. Mark favorites and return to recent sessions
. Restore individual programs you purchased in earlier versions

KEEP A PRIVATE JOURNEY JOURNAL
. Set an intention before listening
. Record images, feelings, people, places, symbols, themes, or uncertainty afterward
. Return to what feels meaningful without treating an impression as proof of a literal event
. Keep entries on this phone with no account and nothing uploaded
. Export a copy whenever you choose

SHAPE EACH JOURNEY
. Six inductions: your original Short, Long and Sleep, plus Beach, Speed and Staircase
. Select a Wake or Sleep ending, stop after the program, or rest quietly before a gentle wake-up
. Repeat one program or a full playlist
. Use the sleep timer when you want a quiet ending

BUILD A QUIETER SETTING
Listen with no background sound, choose one ambient sound, or use the Sound Mixer to layer rain, ocean, fire, wind, and other soundscapes. Set each level separately and save favorite combinations.

LISTEN YOUR WAY
. Arrange programs into playlists in your preferred order
. Continue from the lock screen and Control Center
. Keep audio playing with the screen dark
. Use the app on iPhone and iPad

PURCHASES THAT STAY YOURS

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and relaxation. Experiences vary, and past-life imagery may be understood spiritually, symbolically, or simply as material for personal reflection. This app is intended for general wellness and is not medical or mental-health treatment.
